Who we are

Aurel Group is a UK sole-trader consultancy trading as Aurel Group, and is the data controller for the information described in this notice.

What we collect

When you submit the audit enquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, and optionally website, phone, team size, objective, bottleneck description, estimated hours lost and any message.

When you ask us to email your ROI calculator breakdown, we collect your work email together with the figures you entered and the results calculated from them: people involved, hours per person per week, loaded hourly cost, working weeks, hours recovered, working days, value of recovered time and full-time-equivalent capacity.

We do not collect special category data and we ask you not to include confidential or personal information about third parties in free-text fields.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use enquiry and calculator submissions to respond to you, send the breakdown you requested, prepare for an audit conversation and, where relevant, provide a proposal.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form or calculator, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping proper records of them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and calculator data is kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so.

Who we share it with

We use third-party providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. They process data on our instructions under contract, with appropriate safeguards, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. A current list of providers is available on request.

We do not sell data and we do not add you to marketing lists without consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email sam@aurelgroup.ai or neil@aurelgroup.ai and we will action your request.

If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
