Services
Capability in commercial terms, not product names.
Each service states the problem, what we change, and how success is measured.
01
AI Opportunity & Process Audit
A commercial diagnostic that finds and sizes the value before any software decision.
Problem
No defensible view of where AI creates value, what it is worth, or what comes first.
What we change
Map how work actually flows, price the friction and the missed opportunity, rank by payback.
Measure
A costed plan you could take to a board, with a baseline to measure against.
Deliverables
- Process and data map
- Costed opportunity register
- Value / effort / risk matrix
- 90-day sequence
02
Workflow Automation
Rules-based work — entry, handoffs, chasing, copying between systems — removed.
Problem
Skilled people spend hours a week moving information between tools.
What we change
Redesign the workflow, then automate the steps that never needed a human.
Measure
Cycle time and error rates fall; capacity is released without hiring.
Deliverables
- Redesigned target workflow
- Built and tested automations
- Exception handling
- Runbook and ownership
03
AI Agents & Intelligent Routing
Assistants that read, classify, draft and route work, with approval where it matters.
Problem
Unstructured inbound arrives across inboxes, forms and messages and is triaged by hand.
What we change
Classify by intent and priority against your real traffic, route it, keep a human on anything sensitive.
Measure
First response in minutes, nothing lost, people on judgement instead of sorting.
Deliverables
- Intent taxonomy from your own traffic
- Classification and drafting agents
- Escalation and approval rules
- Quality monitoring
04
Sales & Revenue Intelligence
Scored, prioritised, data-led selling in place of manual prospecting and guesswork.
Problem
Leads cool in an inbox, follow-up depends on individuals, pipeline data is written by hand.
What we change
Instrument capture and response, score and enrich, sequence follow-up, give leadership a live view.
Measure
Higher contact and conversion rates at the same spend.
Deliverables
- Speed-to-lead routing
- Scoring and enrichment
- Sequenced follow-up
- Pipeline and conversion reporting
05
Customer Operations & Experience
Better journeys and steadier service as volume grows, without proportional cost.
Problem
Repetitive enquiries absorb the team; quality varies by who is on shift.
What we change
Automate the repeatable, standardise on approved content, design the upsell and retention moments.
Measure
Cost per contact falls while response times and consistency improve.
Deliverables
- Enquiry mix analysis
- Automated high-volume handling
- Approved response library
- Journey and service reporting
06
Data, Reporting & Decision Intelligence
Management information that arrives automatically and is trusted enough to act on.
Problem
Reporting is assembled by hand, lands late, and gets argued about rather than used.
What we change
Consolidate the numbers that matter, automate the cycle, define the metrics leadership manages by.
Measure
Reporting drops from days to minutes; decisions run on current numbers.
Deliverables
- Core metric definitions
- Automated consolidation
- Executive dashboards
- Variance alerting
07
Growth & New Revenue Architecture
Revenue the existing operating model is not looking for: channels, models, occasions.
Problem
Concentrated demand — one channel, one season, one customer type — caps the upside.
What we change
Test direct, subscription, ancillary and occasion-led routes against the assets and licences you already hold.
Measure
Year-round, multi-stream revenue with a business case behind each stream.
Deliverables
- Channel and model options
- Demand and margin modelling
- Commercial roadmap
- Pilot design
08
Implementation, Training & Governance
Adoption, oversight and control so the change holds after go-live.
Problem
Tools get bought, then quietly abandoned — unowned, untrained, ungoverned.
What we change
Train by role, define oversight and data handling, set the measurement cadence.
Measure
Systems are used, governed and improving, with someone accountable for each.
Deliverables
- Role-based training
- Data-handling and oversight policy
- Ownership and escalation model
- Measurement cadence
Engagement models
Four ways to start.
Pricing follows scope and measured value. We do not quote before we know what we are solving.
Diagnostic
Fixed-scope audit producing a quantified, prioritised plan you own outright.
When the ambition is clear but the priorities are not.
Pilot
One high-value workflow, end to end, against a measured baseline.
When confidence needs evidence before wider investment.
Transformation
A sequenced programme across functions, with commercial review at each gate.
When several functions share the same drag.
Ongoing optimisation
Continuous measurement, extension and governance of live systems.
Once systems are in production and must keep improving.
Questions
Scope, tooling and pricing.
What is the difference between AI consulting and AI implementation?
Consulting decides what is worth doing and what it is worth; implementation makes it work inside your stack. Aurel does both, so the commercial case and the build are never handed between parties. That removes the common gap between a strategy deck and a working system.
Do we need to replace our existing software to use AI?
Rarely. Most value comes from connecting the systems you already run and adding an intelligence layer above them. Replacement is only recommended when a platform is genuinely blocking the outcome.
How much does AI automation cost for a business?
Cost follows scope and measured value, so we do not quote before we know what is being solved. Diagnostics are fixed scope; build work is priced against the opportunity it targets. Every stage has a commercial gate, so spend is staged rather than committed upfront.
Which AI tools and technologies do you use?
We select per problem across AI models, automation platforms, data pipelines, integrations and custom builds. Tooling is a consequence of the commercial case, never the starting point. That keeps you free of vendor lock-in you did not choose.
Can AI improve sales performance rather than just operations?
Yes. Scoring, prioritisation and territory or account intelligence turn manual prospecting into data-led selling. The practical effect is fewer wasted approaches and research hours returned to the sales team.
